After meeting my family on May 14, 2022, Kev and I went on our first trip on May 16, 2022. It was a 6-7 hours trip before we arrived. Bus seat we had when we’re on our way was comfy and there’s only few passengers from Cubao to Baler. We bought our bus tickets from Genesis Transport Bus Terminal in Cubao which cost 850 pesos each. We stayed in Baler for a week. We absolutely had a great time together. We had fun walking along the shore, sun bathing (specially Kev since he really wants to get a “Scottish Tan”), exploring different places and food shops in the area. We also enjoy having breakfast in bed. He’ll bring the breakfast in bed while I’m making our coffee and chocolate drinks. Then few days before we go back to Manila, we need to buy our tickets but the bus station only sell tickets to customers at least a day before the date of their travel. So day before the last day of our stay, we went to the bus station to get our tickets but the only seat left was the 2nd to the last row of the bus so that’s what we had. That seat really made us dizzy all throughout our 6-7 hours travel time on our way back to Manila. Kev knows I’m not used to long travel time so he knew I’ll get dizzy easily but he just helf my hand the whole time which comforted me. When the bus was already in Nueva Ecija, he’s starting to feel sick because it was really a bumpy ride plus the fact where we’re seated was the dizziest part of the bus. I started holding his hands, massaging it to somehow distract him from feeling sick and to make him feel better and we both succeeded! None of us throw up luckily haha. He really is an adventurous type of guy but as long as I am with him, I always feel safe and secured as I know that he’ll always make sure that we’re both safe while having fun and exploring new places.
